What we collect
Only the email address you voluntarily submit to the pre-order waitlist, plus the edition you selected (ebook, paperback or signed edition) and which form on this page you used. Nothing else. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising tracker on this page.
How we use it
Your email address is stored in our database and used solely to notify you about the launch of the book AI Neanderthal and when pre-orders open. It is never sold and never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG) you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Request deletion at any time by emailing social@werchota.ai — we will remove your address from the waitlist. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
Retention
We keep your email address until the book launch communication is complete or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
